We are actively working to integrate comprehensive risk assessments into our sustainability framework to confirm that we maintain high global standards across our operations and supply chain.

This includes using external assurance to assess our progress in alignment with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
Through ongoing materiality assessments, we will expand and identify key ESG issues that are most impactful to our business, helping us focus our efforts on areas that align with long-term value creation and sustainability objectives.

The Board is actively involved in overseeing our sustainability initiatives and ensuring they align with our corporate values of integrity, responsibility and sustainability.

Supply chain responsibility
ANDREW makes it a top priority to operate a sustainable and responsible supply chain that aligns with our values and upholds the highest standards of ethical and environmental responsibility. We continually evaluate our suppliers to confirm that they are acting in ways that protect the sustainability of our world while promoting fair labor practices and upholding human rights. We also maintain a supply chain that supports reliable and effective networked communication.
We expect our suppliers to operate in line with our business conduct and ethics codes. We strive to protect and respect the rights of all individuals by adhering to global standards such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprise, and the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at work. Our suppliers are expected to maintain safe working conditions where employees are treated with dignity and respect. We continuously monitor their compliance with these expectations.

We apply a comprehensive evaluation process to minimize risk and uphold performance. Suppliers undergo selection, qualification and regular performance evaluations by our Sourcing Evaluation Team. All suppliers must comply with the supplier code of conduct. We also require adherence to our Conflict Minerals Policy and Environmental Product Compliance Specifications.
Transparency
We are committed to conducting business ethically and legally. Our supplier code of conduct maintains that suppliers adhere to high ethical standards and comply with relevant laws, including anti-corruption, labor practices and environmental regulations. We also require suppliers to act against slavery and human trafficking in their operations.
Responsible minerals sourcing
We maintain a strong commitment to sourcing minerals responsibly and ensuring that our products do not contribute to human rights abuses or environmental harms.
