Blended learning approach combining self-paced e-learning with instructor-led training (ILT) to maximize flexibility, knowledge retention, and hands-on experience.

Foundation modules introducing ERA, ERA GUI and AIMOS
Self-paced learning to build baseline understanding of system architecture, interfaces, and terminology.
Ensures participants arrive at the ILT session prepared for practical exercises and deeper technical discussions.

2-day ILT session
Participants gain practical knowledge of analog DAS fundamentals through ION-M and ION-U systems, focusing on architecture, access methods, alarm management, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
The training also addresses the AIMOS and ERA platforms for network visibility, alarm handling, system configuration, and operational diagnostics, including remote operations and channel management.
Additional final modules
Focused on Node A+ concepts and ERA link troubleshooting reinforcement of ILT topics. Enables learners to revisit key concepts, apply troubleshooting workflows, and support long-term knowledge retention. Serves as a reference for on-the-job application after the ILT session.
